I click on "My reservation" then "Resend confirmation email".Please check your spam folder, our first emails are sometimes there.If the problem persists, contact us by email at info@genevemarathon.org with the subject line: REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
It is only possible to change races if the desired event is not yet full.If the new ride has a higher fare, the difference must be paid to validate the change.If you switch to a lower fare ride, please note that no refund of the difference will be issued.If you have taken out cancellation insurance, any change of journey will result in the cancellation of its validity.To make a change, please contact us by filling out the form on the following page: https://www.generaligenevemarathon.com/contact .Once your request has been processed, you will receive an email allowing you to pay the difference directly online, if necessary.
If I have subscribed to cancellation insurance : I return to my runner profile. By clicking on this link I arrive at the registration page where I enter my email address with which I registered as well as the reservation code that I find on the registration confirmation. Then I click on "Refund request".PLEASE NOTE : Cancellation insurance can only be purchased at the time of registration and up to and including May 6, 2026. For more details, please read the rules.If I did not take out cancellation insurance at the time of registration, the costs incurred will not be reimbursed.
