It is only possible to change races if the desired event is not yet full.If the new ride has a higher fare, the difference must be paid to validate the change.If you switch to a lower fare ride, please note that no refund of the difference will be issued.If you have taken out cancellation insurance, any change of journey will result in the cancellation of its validity.To make a change, please contact us by filling out the form on the following page: https://www.generaligenevemarathon.com/contact .Once your request has been processed, you will receive an email allowing you to pay the difference directly online, if necessary.

You can find your starting pen in your runner's area.​This gateway can be changed, but you will not receive a confirmation email reminding you of your choice.​This is why, if you modify it several times, we invite you to go to your runner area to easily find this information.

I go to my registration form and click on modify my registration. For more specific changes, such as the name on the bib, I contact the organization at info@genevemarathon.org

The organization will not allow any transfer of registration!

If I have subscribed to cancellation insurance : I return to my runner profile. By clicking on this link I arrive at the registration page where I enter my email address with which I registered as well as the reservation code that I find on the registration confirmation. Then I click on "Refund request".PLEASE NOTE : Cancellation insurance can only be purchased at the time of registration and up to and including May 6, 2026. For more details, please read the rules.If I did not take out cancellation insurance at the time of registration, the costs incurred will not be reimbursed.
